At Jericho spring has sprung and with it comes our Fitness Challenge.
30 minutes of fitness a day
How many days can you complete?
Undertake as many different activities as you can. These can be at home or in school. Fitness isn’t just about physical activity – it’s about developing a healthy lifestyle. Activities might include eating your 5-a-day or even undertaking some meditation!
Everyone is being encouraged to take part – Children, parents, family members and staff the school.
Complete the fitness challenge log book which will be initialled by your teacher each week. Send photo’s of your undertaking your challenges to: firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be posted on our Website / Facebook page.
